I founded this company after years of navigating the traditional corporate world as a neurodivergent professional. I experienced firsthand how workplaces often overlook the incredible potential of neurodivergent minds — and how much productivity, creativity, and innovation are unlocked when inclusion becomes a core business value.

Today, I work with organizations and individuals to build systems and cultures where everyone can thrive. I offer neurodiversity training, coaching, and operational consulting services designed to improve communication, streamline workflows, and create environments that bring out the best in every team member.

Unlike many consultants who complete a short course and call themselves experts, my understanding of neurodivergence is built from years of lived experience — hard-won lessons of trial and error, guided growth, and professional coaching.
